I have been blessed to have lived in Hong Kong 3 times now…once on Lama Island and twice on Lantau….it was only a 45 minute ferry ride to central Hong Kong but like being in a different universe. I had pastor and waterfalls in my back yard and 45 minutes later was in one of the most dramatic cities on the planet…..I also took my biking skills to en entirely different level. I made it up to The Peak inn Central many time and even concurred Big Buddha! If you have ever been to Hong Kong you would know just how challenging that is, I miss those days…
